They are used internally and are only shared with travel providers to complete the reservation(s) you have requested. ValueTrips.com is not liable in any way whatsoever for a travel provider's handling of your personal information. We will disclose information if we are subpoenaed or ordered by a court of law. We do not sell, barter, give, trade or exchange any of your information to any third party except as noted above. All information you submit in an online reservation request is transmitted via SSL security encryption so that it cannot be read as it is transmitted over the Internet.

How ValueTrips.com works

All rates posted on ValueTrips.com are subject to availability. In order to book the posted Value Rate, travel providers require you to book your reservation by submitting an online reservation request using the secure "Online Reservations" link found on each providers' information page. Most providers will not offer the Value Rate by telephone.

When you submit an online reservation request it is not confirmed until accepted by the travel provider and you receive a reservation confirmation. Your reservation will only be booked if the posted Value Rate is available. Depending upon the travel provider, you will receive a confirmation either by e-mail or online in real time. If you see a notice screen after submitting your request that tells you your request is being processed and to allow up to 2 business days for a confirmation, you will receive your confirmation by reply e-mail. This is sent to the e-mail address you provide in your request, so please be sure it is a valid and active e-mail address. A real time request will display your confirmation information as soon as your reservation is completed.

ValueTrips.com never charges anything to your credit card. No booking fees or service charges are added to your total by ValueTrips.com. Some listed travel providers require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Some travel providers may charge a deposit or the total of your reservation to your credit card. This information, as well as the travel provider's cancellation policy is listed under the "Reservation Guarantee" section of the online reservation request form.
