| • Advance deposits and security damage deposits are placed in a segregated
account and any interest accruing from these deposits will be retained by Families First
Vacation Homes. |
| • We will be happy to accommodate your small pets up to 40lbs. Please call
us in advance so we can arrange a pet friendly home. There is a non-refundable fee of $150
plus tax for the first pet and $75 plus tax for each additional pet. |

| DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS,
CANCELLATIONS |
| • An advance deposit of the first night's rent and a processing fee of $25
plus tax are required to confirm your reservation with the balance due at least 21 days
prior to your arrival. |
| • For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. Personal checks, money orders or cashier checks will be accepted if
received at least 21 days prior to arrival. |
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prior to 14 days of arrival - $35 cancellation fee plus 13% tax.
3-14 days prior to arrival date - first night and $35 cancellation fee plus 13%
tax.
Within 48 hours of arrival date there will be no refund. |
